ForgeHub received a major update in January and that meant rebuilding most of our map applications and designing forums from scratch. While the forum update helped ForgeHub reach a level of success we've never seen before it also left a few really cool features behind such as the Community Favorite Map voting system. This has finally been rebuilt and we're happy to share it will all of you again today. The voting system is live now and can be found by clicking the VOTE NOW button located on the maps page.

WHAT ARE COMMUNITY FAVORITE MAPS?

The Community Favorite Map feature is a public voting system designed to select the top 10 maps each month for your judgement. Voting sessions open one week before the end of each month and will close before the month is over. Once voting is concluded, the top 3 winners will be announced on the first of each month.

HOW ARE THE MAPS SELECTED?

ForgeHub has developed an algorithm that automatically targets the top 10 maps from the community each month. Our automated nomination system pulls data from many different user actions such as views, downloads, likes, comments, reviews and combines them together to present some of the most incredible maps on ForgeHub.

WHEN ARE RESULTS ANNOUNCED?

Winners are typically announced on the first of each month right here on ForgeHub so stay tuned to see who wins our current voting session on July 1st!

WHAT DO WE GET IF WE WIN?

If you win 1st place we will award you with $30 Xbox Live cash and your map will be included to our permanent 'Featured Maps' database.
