For one be on the forums as much as possiable, but mostly keep order online. As in example: when a testing session is running higher ups would be there to make sure there is no fussing and arguing( between Testers or the Host themselves). Thats one that i could think of however you said that we need to give promotions yes? And by doing so im the only one it seems to be making the decision, even though im never on nor even in testing matches. So simply meaning, senior and leader need to be more active online (To see how deserves what) and on the forums.

Sorry i mean is that out of the 6 top players (The Leaders and Seniors), only I (and rarly few on some days) are active everyday on the forums keeping them update and such. Thats the problem, we have one active leader and the rest are slacking and doing nothing.

I pretty much have the board taken care of however online i don't have control over anything. Thats why i take feedback seriously because thats all i have to come by, being i never test anymore.

Insane and I are discussing the matter, however i feel like everything just isn't the problem now. From what i see, out of the 6 Testers are the Top (Leaders/Seniors), about how many are active throughout the Board? From what I see its really only me and a few people on occasions. On xbl? Dont know im never on, Im on the forum trying my best to maintain it while, nothing is being done online in tests and such.

So thats the main problem and its affecting evething else.
