It does matter who says and it certainly should. I didn't say it to discriminate against any other member of FH or was it discriminatory of any group of people. It was a jest about me. It's ridiculous to take the letter of the law to such an extent. It isn't moderating, it's complete bullshit censorship and completely takes away from the purpose of the rule, which is to prevent people from disrespecting other members or degrading differences in otehrs. It certainly isn't homophobic banter at all. It doesn't demean or degrade homosexuals at all. Relating a story and being infracted for it because of what other people said is ridiculous.

Being infracted in the context I used it in, isn't common sense at all. It's taking that rule to an extreme simply because of the word.

Well then amend the rules that any usage of the term "***" is infractable. That infraction stretches the meaning of homophobic banter real far and in no way was the context I used the word offensive to anyone except if someone was offended at my friends' comments towards me.

This is a complete what if, but what if a member of the site brought up a thread about discrimination and wrote a story of how they personally had been discriminated against and called that certain f-word, would you infract them?

I had to pause it cause Amanda, Kristin and my parents were laughing over the following dialog. lol
