Well HD videos on youtube will run in a higher quality. The pixel-aspect ratio will make the quality superb but the HD experience will be lacking in the crispness of color and tone.

The PSU is the power supply unit. If you purchased it stock in a computer I would suggest replacing it.

It most certainly is not hard to assemble a computer. The most you will need is screw driver and most of the parts snap in (especially with that Hades case)! If you need any help I can offer it.

Listen, don't be afraid to muscle it. Don't be afraid to be forceful with the processor fan, RAM and graphics card (although the graphics card shouldn't be too bad).

Oh and please, please, please install the PSU first. You can wire it better that way.

The mic isn't flexible at all besides the rotation and removal, and I like it like that. It sits at the side of my mouth, out of the way. Picks up my voice just fine, doesn't pick up everything else. I like it...though it might take some getting used to, I put it right next to my mouth, close enough that I can touch it with my tongue easily. I don't know why but it just feels right there. I guess you could call for a new mic, and the customer support is pretty awesome and I'm sure they'll give you what you want...but I'd give the shorter mic a chance.

Yeah, the Pro is WAY better in terms of surround. You'll be fairly impressed when you get the real surround, it gets really confusing when you hear stuff behind you until you get used to it.

I've been having what might be a similar thing where whenever I move my controller I'm getting static. It's the wire and they're shipping me a whole new headset, lol. Regardless, might be the wire...I think I magnetized mine...
