      I wanted to put sprint as a default equipment for each player on the gametype, but I was afraid of people bitching about "classic".

      I am gonna try it out anyways.

      You're probably right. I played guardian with both 110 and 120. General moving and jumps were way more difficult with 120, but then again, its a Halo 3 map. Let me know if you get a game in with those. It made me very happy to play. So happy I saved the video.

      It worked incredibly well. (AAs)

      I know 110% is a hair slower than Halo 3, and noticibly slower than CE or 2, but those games haven't been around in years, and 120 is still too fast for even them. Since we cannot quite reach the exact speeds, I'm sticking with the more comfortable. 110% is way better than default, but mildly slower. 120% feels chaotic and a lot of players feel a lack of control. Even the better players. Sure, some players, such as yourself will still prefer 120, and thats totally cool with me, but I'm catering to not only myself, but the majority that spoke about the settings. You could always load it up and just hit the options menu. ;)

      Still, while I didn't build it, I'm proud of how much I made that feel like default Guardian.

      Not at all. I didn't give any default AAs for the player, and the only ones on the map are drop shield, to replace bubble shield... which worked great on both maps.

      a good 80% of the people playing said 120% speed was ridiculous and no one enjoyed it. It's LIKE classic halo, but just too fast. I think actual speed was more like 112-113%. We played a bunch of games on the 110 speed and everything felt great.

      Yeah, I think it is. Either way, I edited some things and played it with a party earlier and they said it feels way better than Asylum.

      Oh of course! Whatever is easiest on you, I mean thanks for the favor! Is it possible for you to view it off of bungie when it's in my file share yet not rendered? Sorry I'm not good with all the video/render/cap stuff.

      oh, i didn't answer your question.

      I put melee back up to 90% and put the speed down to 110% (everyone said it was better).

      Additionally, I allowed AAs on the map, and AA use as default. (Dropshield on Guardian and Ghost Town)

      I took his Guardian and improved on it in my opinion... however, he was going MLG, I was going Classic. The Sanctuary remake is slipping my mind. I forget who it's by. I only tweaked it and added some things they either missed or purposely left out. I still recommend downloading them all. The gametype plays great on any remake.

      I tweaked the Classic gametype to feel more natural, and everyone agreed. On top of that, I found some good versions of Guardian and Sanctuary. I tweaked those as well. I'm gonna throw them up on my fileshare tonight. Neither are pixel perfect, but both played extremely well, and gave a lot of that fun nostalgic feeling.

      FINALLY SOMEONE AGREES WITH ME ON THE BLOOM.

      It just doesn't make sense to me why Bungie wouldn't just put in an option to allow/remove the bloom in gametypes... The bloom just randomizes who will win in a 1v1 battle, rather then the BR battles in H3...

      I really felt like Bungie shot themselves in the foot with the bloom in REACH.

      I havent had the time nor the passion to really get into competitive REACH. It's a great game, but I just felt that H3 was better suited for it.

      My first game on the map, it was pretty stalemate, and in the last 30 seconds, i stole the flag, hopped passenger in the warthog, and ramped a hill. While flying through the air, we narrowly dodged a laser blast and landed on an enemy, killing him. Drive me up to the base, I walk up and score, game over, we win.

      That's ****in halo.
