I was saying I agreed that we can't judge the games yet. If you read mine I was saying I agreed with the first part, but the second part was the opposite for me.

Well atm i'd just like to see you gel in with the forum a bit, and possibly help out with the avatars / advertisments threads in GFX.

We'll be discussing this position next time we are together, which is likely on the weekend.

Well were just looking for someone amongst the staff ranks who has a strong experience with GFX. Your position would entail, in order of how much it would be required:

- Addition of screenshots to game bio's and possibly reviews
- Creation of graphic products for use for TD, including advertisements, and competition GFX (Like the 2v2 stuff here)
- Creating and sustaining of a graphics community

So the most important thing there is that you have an interest in a variation of shooting games, and are ok with digging up the best screens and adding them in.

Attitude is really the second most imporant thing. It will probably seem really formal when you go, were trying to create a high standard, so it's easy to maintain.

Would you be interested in this?

Were looking for a staff member at TD that would specialize in graphic products and screenshots on the main page. This would serve as a trial, as well as your attitude, which is more important really.

Don't do it if its just for the staff position, were looking for someone who is motivated in the subject. If that answer is yes, then you may be the right guy.
