Well most capture cards have their own hardware encoder built in to help 'record' the data from the input to the PC. This is a feature of most upper range cards, but mine uses the CPU, or Processor, of the PC to 'record' the data, therefore putting excess strain on it, and if your CPU is not powerful enough it will render at poor/skippy quality.

Ah, I've ordered a Hauppauge, which is a reasonably good brand (I hope) so hopefully I wno't have any trouble, what CPU do you have as I'm worried mine won't produce smooth renders as it uses the CPU as it hasn't got it's own encoder.

I will. But I already posted Bunker Hill so yikes. But we can both work on an infection variant. Im thinking we just screw the crypt and attempt a new hill build on the ground level. It could be made easily and be even more epic if we can somehow do geomerges into the giant hillside. I know people who would help us like that. Message back.
