Canned air could be a good plan, apart from that I don't know what to suggest apart from that, not so great with laptops. If the fan's going fast it should be working in itself, so I don't think the fan is the problem, might be the CPU fan that has died, thus causing it to overheat and the regular fan would have to work harder. Idk, not really sure, canned air would probably be worth trying though, good luck with it.
