ZOMBIE TOWN Hey everyone, This is my first thread on ForgeHub, so yeah. Zombie Town is a map on Ghost Town, and plays with the gametype, Hide To Survive. Like the gametype, the best thing to do on this map is hide. There are heaps of hiding places, to run from the evil zombie that is chasing you. Yes, Gloomy IS on, so, it is more dark and... well, gloomy. *EDIT*: There is a new thing that I have added to the map: Randomly moving objects. Barrels roll down hills, and some wire spools roll around as-well. This adds a little scariness to the map, because you don't know if that was the zombie, or something else... There are NO weapons on the map. The humans starting weapons are: Shotgun and the Magnum. umm i dont see what u did to the regual map i mean u added a fence wall for the zombies to spawn behind and thats all i cn see from the pictures this is your first post so u might want to add some thing to the map more then what u did im just saying alot of people in like 5 mins maybe if u had more picture of the rest of the map or what u didi to it the map would be better over all 2.9/5 but keep foring thanks
Don't add filters just to make night time. Usually it hurts people's eyes. And get VERY annoying. I can't see much what you added, but at least you got the post right and had some thought on this map. Honest rating 1.5/5.
So this map is just like hide and go seek? It would be nice if you would give the gametype settings. And as Waterflame said, I really can't tell the difference between this and normal Ghost Town either. Try adding something that would really stand out here. I did like the FX on the map though, because its not too dark, but I think it would make it really easy for the zombie.
Nice Dont listen to people on here obviously you can tell differences from the original Ghost Town, there was never a ramp laying across the walkways on top in the original Ghost Town and the few objects you put in we can see were not there in the Original Ghost Town. I like the idea for the filter it makes the game more interesting, especially because the zombies can be more stealthy which will make it a little easier to get kills. You could have put more objects in there just to make more hiding spots. Even though the game type is just zombies it makes it feel more like a hybrid Hide and Seek game since it has the darkened filter. Overall the layout is decent just add more objects into it. 3.5/5
Thx for the comments, guys. The map isn't actually too dark, and there is not just a 'fence wall' where the zombie spawns. There is also more to the map than what you think. There are heaps and heaps of hiding places, so you don't get caught by the zombie. Yes, it is dark because it changes the map playability. It is a pretty fun map, from what I have played. By the way, DON'T judge the map by the screenshots.
Lolz, but those screenshots are showing a few aspects of the map. Add a couple more too see this maps potential.
