Zombie Swamp

    I've just finished an infection map that's based off the main building in Call of Duty: WaW's zombie map 'Shi no Numa'. You could consider this the 'v1'. The map is almost identical to the main building in the actual Shi no
    Numa, except for two problems. Firstly, the lack of a roof, and secondly, the fact that humans can run throughout the building as soon as the game starts. I couldn't put a 'gate' in that opens at a certain time, containing the humans to the starting room. These two problems were both caused by the budget and object limit. If you have any solutions to this problem, I'd be more than happy for you to comment!

    This isn't exactly a Shi no Numa 'remake', it's just based off Shi no Numa's main building. I'd recommend you use a **** zombie gametype, which I've added as a link further down.

    Another thing, yes there is a working random weapon box :D. Except with this one, humans can't just stand there holding RB and flipping through weapons until they get the one they want. Humans can only access the random weapon box every 30 seconds. When you hear a muffled explosion, you have 10 seconds to walk up to the random weapon box, and hold RB. Humans are only able to get about 1 or 2 random weapons before they have to wait another 30 seconds. If you download the map, you'll know what I'm talking about.

    i dont get the swamp part and u need to interlock the wooden bridges but not bad

    You should show pics without the in-forge lines because it just makes it look messy.
    Um... you need to interlock the wooden bridges, like Teabag said, but it looks nice. I'll give it a try. Keep forging!

    Couldn't someone just easily jump out of the building. I'm not even going to mention the wooden bridges, but if you make it look better that would be great!

    i can definetly tell that this is the shi no numa building. but im sorry the only thing i thought was really cool was the shelf upstairs. the floor looks very bumby. and you say its a bad view of the room, why not take a good view for us. anyway it looks sorta accurate but it looks like you can get out of it very easily EVEN with 200 gravity so thats not your excuse. nad you really need to take your time and conjoin and stuff. and maybe DL an object limit map so you dont run out as fast. i think you could have handeled your money alittle better. i mean my map in my sig i made the whole shi no numa with one object left. this main building may be better than mine i dont know i dont care but untill you fix it up and make it alittle nice no dl from me. sorry. 3/5

    My only problem, dude, is that on EVERY zombie map on the forgehub forums you've said "I don't like yours, I think mine is better". First of all, you shouldn't be a hypocrite. On your maps, it is extremely easy to get out aswell. Secondly, the reason that you didn't run out of objects on your Shi no Numa remake was because (in my opinion) it was quite sloppily made. Your windows were simply upside down half-walls, like mine, except without the ramp. So you couldn't see out of them anyway. If you were to try making it aesthetically pleasing too, which is what I'm doing with this map, you'd be guaranteed to run out of objects. No offense, but the only thing on your map me and my friends were satisfied with was the flogger. (The name of the map was funny too, Shi Yes Numa :D).

    So, sorry to sound like a grumpy a**hole, but instead of just saying 'i dont know i dont care but untill you fix it up and make it alittle nice no dl from me' (just like on all the other **** zombie maps on forgehub, including mine) you could at least give CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. And also, I'm pissed off because you must not have read where I said 'DON'T JUDGE A MAP BY ITS SCREENSHOTS'. I downloaded your maps before I decided the rating, so you should do the same with mine.

    what you could do to make a gate is to have a grav lift spawn like every 60 seconds and then have the people choose a room to open

    You guys may think you see flaws in it now but when you start to play this map you will for sure enjoy it! I was able to take part in some of the early play testing and I have enjoyed it from the start!

    This map isn't the best, but it has a lot of potential. Try to make it harder for the humans to get out and maybe provide some cover on the outside for the zombies. Also, you may want to make the wall a little bit higher in the first picture. Keep trying! 6.5/10

    Did you use as much of the OLN objects? Also you should show some pics of the entire building because just pics of the inside do give the map a "I'm in a big building" to it.

    Also, if you have not used as many OLN objects, you could make it so the weapons on the wall in the COD5 map could be replicated using some weapon holders.
