I've been with the preview program since nxe came out> All I can tell you is the new update will go global on november 17th. It comes out with this thing called halo waypoint. Most people think its a game, but its not. It lets you trak everything you earned in the halo games, and it tells you the history about the halo series. This is all i can say for now so I hope this helps. UPDATE COMES OUT NOVEMBER 17TH!!!!!
Well, Halo Waypoint has been out for atleast a week or two now. And there's a big section telling you that it comes out on the 17th on the dashboard, so this thread is kind of pointless.
