Yeah, I didn't think much of it. I figured if they thought the map would be a suitable addition to MM, they would ask me to make the changes required. As far as spawning goes, I am pretty content with it. Especially because the teleporters will usually save you from a bad spawn situation. Better than Angst? Blasphemy! I would agree with you if I hadn't played it. 4 rooms 8 players? It has to have some bad spawns. Luckily, the spawning is great (due to the height variation and teleporters). But that doesn't mean that you never have a bad spawn, it's just not common. Sniper has 4 shots (4 potential kills) and GL has 3 shots (3 potential kills). Sniper takes more skill to use, so I figured that would balance it better. I want the weapons to respawn quickly for a few reasons: 1. The team that is losing has the advantage of being commonly presented with a power weapon. 2. The more often the weapons spawn, the more often someone will drop down from a power position to pick it up. 3. I wanted to have people fighting with different weapons commonly, rather than constant DMR fights. Thank you for the feedback.
Congrats on this bunch of squares and rectangles getting a FHF. Despite it's shape, the layout offers vertical gameplay and unique gameplay with power weapons. Well done sir.
Played this map yesterday. Solid layout and fantastic flow. I really like the four room layout and the simplicity of the map. Great Job.
