Began work on the USCSS Nostromo from Alien. This will be intended for Infection when it is released but could be fun for strongholds and assault. I drew a sketch of the schematics from a special edition movie poster and it is huge. I got rid of a lot of the areas that ran into dead ends and made it so each deck could be accessed from one another. Tried to open up some areas so it wasn't all hallways. I will need to go back and adjust some of the layout so the hallways that are there aren't a mile long. This is the initial layout but chances are it will be changing for once play tested. Consists of 3 decks (A, B, & C). Deck A has the cockpit, living and common quarters. Deck B is mainly a crossroad for Deck A and C. The cargo bay is shared between Decks B and C and the remainder of C is the engine room. I have the pathways laid out. Working on the more iconic rooms first to get the detail in. Hoping this isn't an instant budget buster. Will get walls and all the boundaries in place to set up a play test soon. If the flow isn't great there is no point in putting all the details in yet. Also working on the pyramid from AvP http://www.forgehub.com/threads/sacrifice-wip.151040/ Maybe I'll do Acheron from Aliens next. Get a whole Ridley Scott map pack thing going. If everything goes to plan this will turn out amazing. If not, in forge no one can hear me scream.
