Hello everyone! Today I'd like to share a map preview of the lovely sea town known by the name of 'Freeman Bay'. You might recognize this map. That would make sense because it's a remake of a map I created in Halo 4 called 'Morgan Bay'. Morgan Bay took takes place in an old port or bay of sorts and was actually mostly inspired by Assassin's Creed III and imagery of Amsterdam in the 16th century. This hasn't changed with Freeman Bay. Aside of a couple of aesthetical changes, a few extra routes have been added to the map to make for better flow and to fit the typical Halo 5 gameplay style. As the Infection gametype hasn't been released yet I have yet to get solid gameplay footage, but for now you can enjoy these pictures of the map's design and overall feel. This looks sick. It's really hard to make multiple buildings that are interactive in their own unique ways and not make them seem repetitive (Roofs, exterior designs, etc.) So I really appreciate the look of all the structures that are throughout your map. I saw the trailer and also a tutorial vid on your pulley crane on another channel (Can't remember who) and loved it being an aesthetic guy myself. Really stoked to see it come out! Add me on XBL, I'd love to play some tests with this with the psuedo infection we have, and later on with the official gametype!
Sure thing! The channel you're referring to is Havoc Forging, their respective managers Auxi Klutch and CommanderColson are both friends of mine from BIOC. The map actually turned out to play really well for Honor Rules Infection, so it makes the wait for the actual gametype's release only the more insufferable
