Yep, you can record for 5 minutes by bringing up the Game DVR app, select 'end clip now' and select 5 minutes.

I haven't had a chance to play this but it looks awesome.

Oh sweet, that's way easier than I thought it would be. Thanks!

Also, check out Max's Friday playtests if you wanna get in on a big game sometime. I'll be putting it in the rotation before it's finished, plus it's a good lobby for testing your own maps and scoping some stuff that other Forgers are working on. There are a LOT of cool / good maps that come and go there, plus Max himself is very friendly...Here's how you get involved:

I'm sad to say that scripting the gravity volumes may not be possible. I haven't gotten them to do anything but despawn in some of the preliminary tests I've done. Scripts that work on other objects just don't have the same effect on the gravity volume, or cause the game to crash. I've done a bunch of different things to try to isolate the problem and from what I can determine it looks like scripting just doesn't work on gravity volumes in the same way as other objects.

As such I'm gonna call this one done (for now). The gravity volume idea was really icing on the cake, and perhaps it can be implemented at a later date. Thanks for everyone who offered to help me with it regardless. I may tap you guys for advice on scripting for another project in the future.

I've also changed the name of this to 'Space Oddity', as it's a bit more catchy. Here's the link to the map:

Thanks to everyone who helped me make changes to this one! I'll be trying to get some more play tests on it so I can gather footage for some gameplay videos and walkthroughs. I'll update the map posting once I've made those videos.

Locking this now that it's officially released. From this point forward all comments should be posted in the thread linked in the post above.
