I think that BC was one of the best maps.It was symetrical and was perfect for every gametype. For 1v1 2v2 3v3 and up to 8v8.It was always fun.Sure it can be improved on but so can all other maps. They could make it a little bigger and more complex bases.Bungie should give it a chance in my opinion.

NOTE:This is MY opinion so please dont flame.Just say if you think the same or not.Give reasons why you think what you think about the thought that I thought about me giving Bungie the thought to think about putting this idea in Halo 3.

I think they should too, I actually think they should remake most of the halo 2 maps. I mean, Midship, Coag, BC, Ivory Tower, Gemini, Collosus. These are all EPIC

NOTE:This is *MY* opinion so please dont flame.

I would love to see BC again, I had a lot of frustrating fun on it (means i lost a lot but still had fun getting my butt kicked). I'm actually about to try and remake it, but I may wait till Sandbox because even though I can probably do it well on Foundry I would rather try in another setting with more space. I used to have lots of fun on that map playing almost any game type (KotH anyone?)...

I don't know how well Beaver Creek would play on Halo 3, they game plays so much differently than Halo CE and Halo 2.

Majority of the reasons you guys are submitting are "Because it was fun". Now needless to say it was alot of fun, Bungie is making new maps. If they were to remake a Halo 2 map I think they would murder it, like they did to Lockout.

The Halo 3 team is different from the Halo 2 team. For some reason Bungie switched everyone. So really the integrity of a map is obviously different from Halo 2's. Almost every map in Halo 3 is noticeably different from its predecessor. While all those maps were immense fun, its sad to predict Bungie won't do it. But rather, create new fun.

Orbital, Assembly, and Sandbox are coming out. From the physical attributes of each map it seems Bungie has finally took some Halo 2-eque and planted it inside Halo 3. I'm glad to see Bungie take that risk, which shows they're listening to their community again.

There's no reason we couldn't take the good parts of BC and forge them into our maps. For example my map I'm getting tested this weekend has beaver creek style bases, and there's an MLG Isolation with the back door blocked off and teleporters in their place that plays similar to BC as well.

We could even forge a decent remake on Sandbox, just not Foundry due to its size.

yes. i loved BC, as, while you can be getting ur ass kicked, you can still have fun somehow. i never experienced this on any other map in halo 1 or 2. its extremely fun with rockets or swords.

if they did remake it, it should be exactly the same, not just basically the same like valhalla to coagulation. they should've made valhalla an exact remake too. they murdered the concept, until it was so twisted it wasn't identifiable to any part of coagulation. the only thing i would change would be maybe making it larger, due to the significant amount of halo 3 players. i might even create a remake myself, then release it to see how well it goes. if all goes well, then i could recommend it to some of the bungie employees here, and they miht consider it. hopefully. well, not probable, but it still might be pretty good.
