In halo reach I was working on my map and it's only letting me respond 100 items out of the doors, walls and windows category. Is this the limit I can do with walls, windows and doors or is this a glitch?
This is a limit, they only allow a certain amount of each type of thing, unlike in halo 3 where they limited the amount of each item now you can use 100 of that item but none of the other items. i like htis more as it lets me have more colloseum walls which are very helpfull for meauring your map out before you just jump in.
No, it's not a glitch. There's a limit on the number of objects from each category that you can place. 100 blocks 100 walls 100 inclines 50 decorations 50 rocks 12 buildings 2 Grids Etc... The little number next to the object tells you how many more you can place. It's annoying but that's just the way it is I guess.
I thought you could only use 50, but I must he (thankfully) wrong no glitch though, the object limit is based on groups, not individual items
I'm sad to say that you are not wrong and it is only 50... I know very disappointing but at least they gave us 100 building blocks which i find to be very helpful in all kinds of maps.
