The reason mods are not allowed is because we are one of very few official affiliates with Bungie. We have great relations with Bungie and 343, and as their rules are very strict on not modding, we work together and also state that modding isn't allowed.

I don't hate offline modding. I hate online hackers who just hack in order to try to "boost their skill" to win because they suck otherwise. As for this and other offline modding? It's Lol out loud funny and strange.
