I'm starting to panic now, I've been waiting since 5am and it's now 6am. I've tried turning my xbox on and off and pretty much everything there is to try. It just keeps saying fkcin Preview the Beta instead of Play the Beta. Does it work for everyone else???? Have I got the time wrong, because I'm pretty sure it starts at midnight May 3rd, and we being 5 hours ahead of Americans it should be 5am?

Bungie and Microsoft has said multiple times now: The Beta will be available "late morning" Monday, May 3. They left out a time for a specific reason; what it is, I don't know, but I'll speculate that it's to avoid the possibility of a similar situation to Modern Warfare 2's Stimulus Package.
Well that's unfair. I don't want to start playing the Beta at like 6pm I wanted to spend my day off playing it from early morning, not for a fifth of the day. Do Bungie ever think about the massive percentage of Brits who play the game?

Even though I already have the Beta, I can't wait til it's open to the public so I can play with all the awesome people that didn't get codes. Hopefully then I'll be able to get a party of 8 people so we could all play matchmaking without random people.

No okay here is whats going down. Beta release late morning today PACIFIC TIME, means east coast your is at like 4 central is at 2 gmt (general mountain time) 1 west coast 12:00 noon. Only reason i speculate this is cause in less than 30 min on the west coast morning will be over. And my friends from canada etc and some in the US (idk how the **** they got it) said their goin by pacific time. **** what i said its open for central time idk bout the rest of yall
OK a couple dumb questions: -When does the Beta come out for the general ODST owning populace? -How exactly do you get on the Beta (what disc, menu, etc.)
you must have and halo odst disc that came with an special invite to the reach bets. If you didnt pre order, or go get it that night, or get lucky and buy some of the original copies (by original i mean 1st edition copies sent out) then you dont get the beta
