Well apparently my L4D disk is like borked. It freezes my box alot, and when i install it, then go to run the game, i get a disk read error, then when i delete it off my hd then i can play the game from my disk agian. Right now im feeling rather fustrated. I love the game so far only played the first 2 camaigns. Just wish it wasnt so much of a hassle to play it, ya know. Anyways just wondering if anyone else has problems with their disk. Gonna go up to gamestop see if i can get a new one tommrow.
I don't think it's because the game but it's because the new update. Ever since it happened, my Fable II game also crashes my xbox too so it might be because the update but I'm not sure. It never crashed the night before the update.
That sucks. Hopefully it is the disc, because if it isn't the disc, it's either NXE or maybe even a problem with your box. It sounds like they might have shipped some faulty discs on accident and you could have been one out of a few thousand. It happens. We got tons of new released movies that don't work correctly and people started turning them in to get different ones.
My disk doesn't even work on my 360. I have been waiting for this game for about a year and a half now. This sucks. I will get a new one, soon.
What does L4D stand for? Never heard of the game's abbreviation. Anywho, now that the new xbox experience is out, you can partially save your games onto your xbox which reduces loading times and freezes. Try that.
L4D = Left for Dead =) And I think he tried throwing it on the Hard Disk, and it didn't work.. I would say return it and try a neew disk. If it still happens, it could be the xbox?
Oh. Left 4 dead. Yeah, i don't really feel the zombie vibe from that game. They look more like mutants than zombies. I prefer slow, stupid, but overwhelming numbers which this game doesn't really seem to have as much.
