It will probably be sprint for me, just so I can get up close and personal quicker,I'm a Run and gun kind of guy, and sprinting will help me hunt campers faster. Lockdown, as far as we know from the beta trailer, is a personal bubble sheild and possibly emp.
i'd probably agree.. so many times after hours of playing mw2 i keep pressing the joystick when i switch to halo.... why am i not running!?!?! that or the jetpack. that looks.... just so awesome. ctf and assault with that=awesome flag steals and bomb plants
I'm definitely using Active Camo, i'm usually a sneaky player. Imagine, sprint jumping over someone, then spinning really quickly and ninja-ing them?
Either sprinting or lockdown probably for most occasions, especially when there's lots of combat. Sprinting for fast travel or quick getaway, or lockdown to save myself. Though probably cloaking when sniping :3
****, I really hope there isn't going to be that one benefit that kills you every time to the equivalent of commando. I'm trusting Bungie. They know how to balance and beta-test >.<

Lockdown is the personal shield that you see at the beginning of the trailer, where the Spartan appears to deflect a Ghost that's about to splatter him. As for my preference, probably Sprint and Camo. I'd like to be able to make a last ditch effort to escape from fire with Sprint, and be able make a last ditch effort to escape from fire with Camo. Oh, wait...
do you think you could shoot out of your bubble shield?also, think of a game with unlimited bubble shield ghost kids driving around splattering, and you had to get right next to him to shoot him.first map IM making.
Sprinting will probably be used in FFA or Team Doubles games, Jetpack in team gmes and maybe sometimes FFA (I play a lot of FFA halo). Camo will be probably used in all sorts of games, maybe KoTH or Territories.
How should we know what abilities we'll use? We don't even know what most of them are yet or exactly how any of them work. No one will know for sure until they've played the game. The one that looks the coolest to me so far is the jetpack. But I have no clue if that's what I'll use the most.
What happens if you use an ability while in a vehicle Can you use the shield to cover the vehicle? Can you actually jump with a mongoose and the jetpack? ALso, what happens if you do the assassination with camo on? Will the enemy just fall over, and your camo stays on while doing it?
This is something I've bin wondering as well. Someone even went and said what if this can happen, and 2 people in a mongoose use their jetpacks at the same time? I dought we can though, but maybe bungie can pull some strings.
I doubt that players will have the option to use an ability while in vehicles. How would sprinting work in a vehicle? Jetpacks while flying a Falcon?
Lockdown in a ghost? As Wooden leaf said before, it's something i hope won't happen. I'm trusting you Bungie. No armor abilities in vehicles, cool?
