3rd September. Going into Lower Sixth (second last year of school). Got exam results this morning: 12 A*s for GCSE, 2 As for AS French + Additional Maths
today. We go back to school a full week earlier to go to the world skills competition. Calgary paid 82 million for it, and only gr.9 and 10's are going > We make everyone else suffer.
Going into 10th Grade, Sept 8th. Just got my schedule today... its not bad, but I have lunch 8th period, which pisses me off because I get very hungry by like, 4th period. Last year I had 5th lunch so that was ok, but this sucks... I'm lookin to maybe get it changed.
Friday, Sep 5th. Going into year 11, my final year in Highschool. What is that called in American terms? I know what your thinking, why go back to school on a friday? Well we spent the morning getting our timetable and sorting things out, pretty borring if you ask me. As for college, because its only around the corner I was thinking about taking Art, I.t and some sort of media studies.
Ok i go back next week and im moving into year 11, not sure what grade that would be but basicaly its the year of 16 year olds.
2nd September for College. I'm doing A levels in maths, ICT, electronics, an AS level in physics and critical thinking, and the duke of Ed. gold award.
It's the 29th. I go back on Tuesday. So, I really don't want to do any math until then so I'm not going to try to figure out how many days that is.
I've been in school since Tuesday since that was my first day of Junior year, at a new school, being a new student.
Dayum you people are lucky. I went back August 13th. I'm a senior. I still feel like a sophomore though.
September 8th, starting highschool :/. It's a Catholic Highschool, and I've been going to public my entire life. I guess religion will be one class down, but being taught it every day is going to feel weird for me,
August 25th. My schedule is terrible. Easy classes and stuff, but my classes are all on different sides of the school, nowhere near my locker. Darn you large school with heavy tardy policy.
Started Thursday. Kinda bummed to be honest, taking a bunch of AP courses that are already tearing me apart the second day through...
What Raynne said... I have to go to every AP class for 6th Grade plus GT cause my dad wants me to "come out on top" even though they're super hard and make you seem like a damn nerd.
