When you get your hands on Reach, how will spend them? Will you save up for armor effects, or just get armor permutations? Do you want the Firefight voices, or are you satisfied with the originals, etc. Discuss it here.
I'll be saving up for master chiefs firefight voice and armor, then juns voice and armor. And that's really all I want. I guess I'll just wait and see what else I like although I have a feeling it'll take plenty of time to buy all of master chiefs armor and all of juns armor.
Get Mark 5 head first (130 000cR) and shoulders(160 000cR). I do kind of want the Security Right shoulder for Emiles blade though(275 000cR). Chest pieces aren't too expensive and there are some decent looking ones. Spoiler If you've seen the complete list from this one leaked video, it's ridiculous. All the decent stuff is crazy expensive. It'll be a while before anyone gets the haunted skull helmet(legitimately)
I dunno, I've seen some pretty crazy (compared to Beta) credit rewards coming out of short games. Won't take too long for the lightning cloud+skull helmet to be the new hyabusa.
Remaking Kat or Emile. Character customization isn't a big deal for me considering how you lose it once you go online (1st person view), cool though when driving and other thing that bring you into third person
I'm going to do a bunch of stuff like forge and campaign on legendary, then get a bunch of credits so i'll have some options when buying stuff. I want to get the coolest thing i see first.
yeah. i'm not sad (i don't want to try and look like someone in the campaign, especialy since so many others will. it will be like GoW2 were everybody just plays carmine), so i'm going to be making my permutations very personal and stylized to me.
I'll probably wait for a while, then go with the least popular set of armour just so I look unique! Its one of the reasons I wear EVA, its very rare for me to bump in to anyone else wearing it! BTW, do achievements give credits too? TantricEcho, I think Elite perms are linked with your rank, you can't buy them.
I don't know what I'll buy first. I will probably wear Recon for a while until I get enough credits to get something insanely awesome. I just hope they fixed a glitch from the Beta. After one game that I did alright in (no betrayals), I had about 1,500 credits and I lost a thousand for some stupid reason.

Credits are awarded for playing the game. Play a match in matchmaking, custom games, Forge, Theatre or Firefight for credits. You also get bonus credits for completing daily challenges and commendations.
Think of cR or Credits as experience points. Each game you play earns you cR. Achieving Commendations ( more or less milestones like X splatters, X stickies, or X beatdowns ) or ranking high within matches obviously earns you more cR.
I'll be trying for one of the EOD variants (the new ones look pro) and then I'll be saving for either one of the visor colors or the buck firefight voice.
I'm either going to do the EVA variant(30000cR), the JFO variant(60000cR) or the Security variant(250000cR). My color is going to be as close as possible to halo 3 since they don't have it anymore. Then I'm going to work on getting the collar/grenadier chest piece, then an armor effect and then a firefight voice.
