What to spend my MS points on

I got 4000 points. I think they are going to Rock Band 2/Zune songs. A few of them are also going towards the FC2 DLC.

 

Buy things over time, if you see an arcade game you like, or some DLC, buy it, then wait until you see something you really want.

If you don't already have it, Castle Crashers is an excellent choice.

 

Mythic Map pack when it comes out and Rock Band 2 songs.

 

I was going to go for Castle Crashers, but then I realized it was just a button-masher.

Another good buy is a premium theme. I'm thinking CoD5 or GoW2 themed.

 

As far as XBL arcade goes, I'd buy Geometry Wars or Castle Crashers. I have'nt bought any of them, but I've heard they were great, even though Castle Crashers is a button masher.

 

Button masher or not, it is sure a blast.

Well, I usually buy fun arcade games or ones my friends have. Wait, and you can buy the Mythic Map pack or other game DLC. Also, I have the Gears 2 premium theme. It's pretty cool.

Anyway, think of something you want or need. If I had that many Microsoft points I'd asl my self the following things.

• Does my Gamer tag need a change?
• Any videos/movies I want?
• Any Games/add-ons I want?
• Any themes/gamer pictures seem interesting to me?

Then I'd evaluate it.

• No, I like my gamer tag so I won't change it.
• Well maybe some South Park episodes, and I'll check out what movies they have, but it has to be something I really like.
• Maybe some down loadable games, but it would have to be a game that I would play not just something to use my Microsoft points for.
• Maybe some cool modern themes. I'm good on gamer pics, but I'll possibly check them out.

As Linu said, be conservative with the points. Don't get corrupt and buy things just for the sake of buying them, have a purpose behind it. Hope this helped.

Buy a few good arcade games and save some for when something good comes out like the Mythic map pack.

If I had that many Microsoft points I would end up spending it up on themes and maybe some arcade games. Or, you could do like a lot of people do is to spend it on worthless crap that you would never use again. lol. It really all depends on what you have/don't have. (lol. Not much help that I'm giving).
