yea i think... i hvnt heard of tht... odd, try reloading the game a few times and cleaning the disk and hardrive... otherwise i have nothin for ya... thts certainly odd tho...
Sometimes when you start up your xbox it doesn;t believe that you have the maps. Try going to marketplace and redownloading the heroic map packs (either free or a check mark by it). I had this problem once and that fixed it. (well not when I had the legendary maps but...)
No, your cache is what is stored on your xbox's RAM, and not the Hard drive. Basically the RAM stores information on your recent activity, like your most recently loaded maps. By clearing the cache, you simply tell your xbox to "forget" that you play Halo all the time and to "forget" that you use those maps all the time. All this means is that your maps will take a long time to load before they are back in your cleared up cache. You should not have to redownload the maps unless there is something else going on with your system. Those are layman terms for what's going on as they were explained to me... Hope it makes some sense. --dc
theres too different types of clearing cache...one is if you go into your harddive settings and press a button combo (forget what) it deletes unnecessary save data (which can be DLC), holding A just deletes what is basically the equivilent of cookies.
Dude that sucks! I don't have Legendary DLC(Feel my pain and mourn) but I hope I don't lose Heroic when I buy it
