I like puzzles. And I don't mean Halo glitch puzzles like Poseidon's Lair, I mean serious use your brain *****.
I had this crazy idea for a multiplayer map built around a zeplin (including the maintenance catwalks and whatnot inside the envelope) but I have no idea how to build such a thing
I bet, Broken, that if you started planning it out some stuff would hit you. And if not then while you're planning, maybe if you try to build.
A really good/simple frigate. The ones I've are good, but the inner areas make my head spin. I've begun to make my own due to the absence of one I particularly like.
i want to see more actual PLACES. not just maps. the whole "design a map, dont just build one" theory. maps like Sub System by Toastman are an example of what i mean. its not a map, its a damn train station. its been being harped on repeatedly over here lately, but ill say it again, DESIGN AN ENVIRONMENT, take us to a new place. im tired of maps that are just pieces put together. whether they play well or not, these maps seem very bland because of the FW pallette.
I agree, maps like Act 1: The Sewers is a another great example. Though most people can't accomplish this, due to the budget. This is something that should be considered in future maps.
