The top, there is no blending and it overall doesn't look like much was done to it. The bottom, the image is very low quality and the text is... not good. Other than that it seems too dark. Try saving in .png format in the future.
Yeh, save as .png, also try not to just slap a render on a bg, try and blend them together, another thing is , you should try and get some new fonts, im not too sure if that was the right one to choose. dafont.com
