94 submissions. 89 of which we have maps for. Please be patient moving forward guys. Us judges all have responsibilities outside of judging these maps and have conflicting schedules. We plan to do the best we can. Whatever you guys do don't edit them or they will be disqualified. Make sure they stay visible.
Can't you guys just DL all submissions? I was planning to continue to work on mine, since it was somewhat rushed.
I would hope people would be understanding. Judging can be a *****. Just be thankful that is not H2A as well. That **** was brutal.
Yes, it would be nice if Judges could copy the submissions for their own collective use (to a shared account), so that if we want to tinker with things outside of the competition's timeline, we can. Cuz just opening it up in forge will say we "modified" it... what if we just want to show it to someone?
i'm going to bookmark all that look good to me and interesting in one way or another, and then do my own personal judging process to eliminate all that I don't want ot play again, cuz adding ~94 bookmarks is not gonna happen lol
Wait. So you're telling me you guys haven't finished playing all the maps and come to a decision yet? This is bullshit.
ehh... but I do have an idea for a Griffball variant, that oculd be very fun that is similar to hot potato
Holy hell. Why did you have to remind me. I think it took me like 20 hours to locate and download all the maps for the H2A 1v1 contest. Not even gonna lie...you all are lazy mofo's, lol. You literally just have to click like 2 buttons to download a map. It takes like an extra 5 seconds once you're on the Forgehub Map page.
Thankfully you guys just need to get two people together rather than 4 or 8 for the other contests we've had in Halo 5. It definitely is still a lot so patience will be had. Are you gonna keep testing among you four?
I'm willing to play with anyone. I think we'll get better games that way anyhow. I'm on rn looking at maps if anyone wants to start dueling me on them.
I think you guys should make a google doc or Trello board with all the maps and links. The spreadsheet can have a section for each judge to mark off when they played a map, their notes about the map and their score ratings. I think there is something like that being done, but it would help to have the links on there as well for ease of download for the judges and the public. It would also allow the judges to see the progress of each others so they can discuss the maps together once they play them.
