is there any way to influence the range of the switch activations? Do all the switches all get the default range and nothing can be done about that? Boundary does not seem to affect it like it does teleporters... Thanks
Destiny ****ed my mind so hard. It was like full on chubby for a couple days and then shriveled me up quicker than adhd medicine. I'd never think to buy Destiny 2 now. It's sad how many people impulse buy **** games. The number of people playing it on my friends list dropped quick.
My Destiny experience I thought the game looked like **** but everyone convinced me that it would at least be good. I buy it and I was shocked that it didn't completely suck. Played it until the first raid came out and proceeded to get ****ing pissed about carrying people through it just to get **** drops. At this point I quit playing because my neckbeard was not magnificent enough to handle the grind required and I don't have a crippling addiction to gambling.
Ive finally finished my map after a year and a month of making and tweaking!! ... just gotta test it..
just throwing this out there... so Bungie used to make Halo. We all agree those were the best days of Halo. Now 343i makes Halo, and many say it sucks. Bungie now makes Destiny 1&2, which many say suck. So...... How do we know Halo 4 & 5 wouldn't have sucked if Bungie made them? hmm....
Most thought Reach sucked and Bungie made it. I think Bungie does two things very well. There games even if they suffer from bugs are still fairly clean mechanically and their art team is god like and most people like **** for its' aesthetic appeal.
I only liked reach because it was the first halo I had owner myself. I did play H1 when I was 5 at my friend's house tho lol
ehh I thought bloom was ok, at least it made some sense as far as gameplay was concerned sprit though, for some reason I don't even recall using it except for in campaign oh and those 3D explosions, my god what the hell happened?!?!?!
The part I enjoyed about reach was all the different gametypes we created in the community because overall normal reach wasnt that fun. Until they patched the bloom and even then it was kinda late.
Here are some pics of my new map. From start to finish, this took me 12 days. I began when the 1v1 contest announced. The framerate is annoying the hell out of me (big surprise) so I chose to ignore it until the One X comes out. I would say the frame drops are in line with some of the maps in matchmaking but I personally wouldnt consider it acceptable. That's why I havent made an official post yet. The map does have a small but unique mechanic that I think makes the gameplay much more interesting, but I would go any further than that until its released. I'm praying 4k doesn't completely **** over the xbox one x performance
I could make a list of terrible things about Destiny 2 and that's only if I reference changes from D1-D2. Destiny 1 was **** and Destiny 2 makes it look amazing. The thing that pisses me off the most about D2 is the raid. They've had two years to at least MATCH vault of glass, and the leviathan turned out to be easily worse than the worst D1 raid (wrath of the machine). First of all, it looks like a ****ing McPlayplace from Mcdonalds with all that tacky ass gold and purple everywhere. I was throwing up in my mouth after staring at that gold bullshit for 15 minutes. Second of all, there is only ONE ****ING BOSS. The raid is literally just a big ****ing strike that takes two hours and is actually less fun than a normal ****ing strike. Want me to go on? I could literally talk **** about Destiny 2 all day even though I defended Destiny 1 (because the game actually had character). Also, seriously **** anyone who thinks Destiny 2 is a good game lol
That's beautiful, seriously. Those sand bags on the walkway seem like a bit overkill on the detail... stuff like that might be your biggest contributor to framerate issues - though maybe not that specifically. --- Double Post Merged, Sep 19, 2017 --- is there anything like a Forge mode in Destiny?
I designed a 1v1 based around the idea that it would be the strongest weapon on the map even with a sniper and GL being on it as well. It was small had limited vertical movement and was fairly segmented. There was one ramp on the entire map. You had to jump everywhere or jetpack.
