@WARHOLIC he called me a clown. That deeply offends me. Coming from a clan of jokers. Could you please ban him.
Personally, I love it. It has that Lord of the Rings, Middle Age vibe with brutal animations. Just how a sword fighting game should be. You're one with your character, if you master the controls. Campaign is ok thus far, haven't completed it yet. Cutscenes could be better regarding graphics - only a few are not in-game rendered.

Before this question can be answered we have to ask ourselves, what is Halo 5's optimal gameplay? I'm under the belief system that H5's base player traits make it such a different game then H1, H2, H3, HR and H4 that maps designed to maximize this games potential meta would be extremely polarizing to the general Halo community as they wouldn't represent what most people expect out of a "Halo" map. This is why almost all 343i Dev maps follow a very similar and simplistic design principal. Its there attempt to reconcile H5's differences with previous halos by designing maps similar to old halos, thus making the player base feel less alienated by the game as a whole. H5 is self defeating as a Halo game in and of its self, and unlike H4, changing the maps alone would not be enough to "fix" H5. What is it about FPS's that players even enjoy? As a whole, what they enjoy is constantly shifting and is extremely linked to sociological trends. COD, Battlefield, Halo, Counter Strike. These games all represent differing ideals among FPS players. Some players enjoy all 4, or can at least respect the differences between all 4, while others are only faithful to one and call the rest dog ****. Why? FPS games play on our primal/evolutionary drive to war with each other. There is a reason why men in general are the #1 consumer of FPS games. The amount of psychology that goes into understanding our enjoyment of FPS is overwhelming. All most all game studios have a portion of there workforce solely dedicated to understanding the psychology of the consumer. So what is the psychology of the average "halo" player in this day and age, and what do they want from Halo? What do you want from Halo Ace?
Hello guys, long time no see. Haven't done anything for a while since my creative juices had plummeted for some time. Right now, I'm beginning a new map set in a vibrant alien jungle on a night time tidal canvas. Will show some progress shots when the time is right, but for now, can any professionals here give me tips or ideas?
