Rockets on 120 static, OS & Sniper on 90 sec static. 2 carbines & 2 BRs, suppressed SMG, & a Needler. 2 frags, 2 stickies, 2 magnums. You'll notice 2 parts that are messed up. Glass on a door is sticking out at the bottom & a stripe on a block wasn't right. Idk how it happened but I had removed teleporters from those points which I guess I messed with the geometry on accident.
I've got several maps that are in the "I lost interest but still want to finish them" phase. I may stop making new stuff and focus on my old projects. My unfinished map count is somewhere around: Lyle! What the heck?! Get something done!
Well, I'm back! After weeks of slaving away, I've finished my Masters degree! Got plenty of time to kill with Halo again!

Looking at some of the aesthetics in the clip it wouldn't be hard to cut back on piece count if needed but we'll see how it goes. It started on Awash but I forged my face off over the weekend converting to Skyward but I'm glad I did it because I made a few design adjustments.
I'm sorry to say it, but I don't think this map will get anywhere in the competitive scene without crates or traffic cones
Lolinorite?! They're on the map just hidden by pure competetiveness, the map is so playable you didn't notice them. Yeah with the recent hub bub over the HCS criteria I have somewhat lost hope. But I'd still like opinions on the map. I know everyone hates symmetric maps (I'm on the line myself) I i had figured that would be more what they were looking for & whaddayaknow, bam! They came out with this "criteria ".
Dude, this "criteria" isn't going to hold up. Just wait. Once Bravo steps in, we're back in the game.
Yeah, the criteria is too much if they hold their standards up to that. For a map without natural terrain, this map has a shot. It is nice and clean. However, I personally do not like the jump to top mid where you have the upside-down triangles you walk up and jump. Though ever so slightly, it reduces power to top mid and makes it more vulnerable for that matter. But in terms of catering to the competitive scene, they'll probably like it; it's just my personal preference I guess. I'm not anymore of a fan for syms than asyms, but they are still fun to design and build
I get that, I was afraid of top mid being too powerful. That jump up gives incentive to use that open area between bases & top mid. I wasn't sure camp was enough to make people use that area but I didn't want rockets there cuz it's too close to sniper imo. But the jump up was questionable from the start I will say that so its not guaranteed to stay. Thanks for your input.
Hey guys, i need some one who's good at forging race tracks, i have a concept down for the map, but every time i try and make it, the ascetics are just hideous, can i have a little help?
