Eh, I gave myself a deadline and I met it, and I'm glad that I did. The map was done when I posted it, but I just wasn't happy with the art, and there hadn't been any gameplay concerns that required a redesign. I did a lot of the Forging in a bubble, so the reception from the greater community was good to reaffirm the direction I was going. I just needed to focus on the quality of testing, and it wasn't playable for a long enough time before I released it. It's only been a week though and all of these new changes are solid. It should be air tight again before the weekend lobbies, and I'm travelling after that, so I can put it aside and think of a new project. This is technically my first map, and at this point most of the community has been involved with it. The transparency was the right direction to go I'd say, but in the future I'll be quieter about my ****, if not solely to avoid making promises.
I think a dedicated thread for you Goat working on a new map would be good. There are people like myself who enjoy reading your novella's of text for your map progress. It would be a waste for you to make cool sketches and not share them and show start to finish of the map.
Is there anywhere we can find the game-mode images? For example, when you load into a CTF game, to the left of where it says "capture the flag" there's a flag logo, has anyone seen any of these laying around?

Don't really care about the download count, but it's better for people to have a busted file for a few days than for me to make sure everyone who downloaded the original version knows that it got updated. When I got to v10 in Reach, I knew something had to change.
@Res btw, the off browns (the darker ones) you used on Sanc, I thought it might look better if you gave it a nice bronze look. I used Tan w/ grime on a metal texture on Raven's Lair, and think that colour would be awesome on some of your buildings as trim.
Scratch that, I found Halo 5 icons - made them all white - and put them in an album http://imgur.com/a/6RKU3 No ****in clue why you would want Warzone, but I put it in there anyways.
I'm fighting frames on Sanc so I can't add any objects (trim), but I can mess around with the existing dark metal. I do have a warm filter on, though - the color I'm using is actually black at 10 metallic across the board, all the other ones I think didn't seem dark enough or came out weird red colors because of the filter, but I can look again. lmfao **** me I just spent like 20 minutes making my own. these are better, mine are only like 90px max. thank you

Haven't forged in a few months and I've been feeling like doing it again. I have a layout with some art I wanna give a go. I haven't been in the loop for forge updates. Anything I need to know about Tidal? Lighting issues, frame rate, etc.?
Tidal was a little ****ed up with lighting and such when it first came out, but those issues have been fixed. Tidal terrain is awesome. Tidal rocks are OK in my opinion, but I know most people really like them. Lots of new foliage and fauna. If you load it up and hate the whale sounds every few seconds, they said they're going to remove them and make it an emitter instead.
Awh they're removing the whale sounds? I finally found a use for them lmfao Honestly I just want water volumes. Ideally property editable volumes. Like vision effects, gravity alter effects without using a volume, sound altering effects (muffles sounds, and you hear this sound while in the volume). That would make my current project so lit. We could change the walking sound to be like sloshy water or underwater or turn off sound because you're in space or wtf ever. Why don't we have this already *sigh*
