How difficult would scripting a working ski lift be? *I really only need one chair to go around the cables
The only thing I didn't like about it was Rian Johnson basically tossed everything JJ was setting up in the force awakens. They don't connect well, other than the Kylo/Rey stuff.
For a trilogy that focuses so much on its characters, it just isn't very well written. I'll spoiler this for those who haven't seen it. Spoiler The Force Awakens is about Rey's force power awakening, and The Last Jedi is about Rey becoming just that by way of Luke dying. Yet in both movies, we are not given a reason to care about Rey. She's just some kid whose parents left her on Jakku. The trauma of her parents leaving her doesn't do much to create conflict within her, and Kylo's comment about her "latching on to people (Han and Luke) trying to find her parents in them" can hardly be seen as something she struggles with in the film. Instead, she's sidelined until it's time for her to gain new powers or be rescued or otherwise come back into the story to move the bigger plot along. With the exception of the first hour of The Force Awakens, Rey could be removed from the universe and the overall events of TFA and TLJ would remain largely unchanged. That is the definition of a poorly written character. Instead of the audience investing in her story, they groan at her fangirl reactions and deus ex machina force powers. When it comes to the other characters, Poe is a cliche pilot without the wit or charm of Han Solo's character, and there's no consistency with Finn. The only character with a decent amount of development is Kylo, whose internal conflict at least explores the Light vs Dark sides of the Force. But he is unfortunately filling the role of "the big bad", and neither him nor any of the other villains in the film have the intimidating presence of Star Wars's previous villains.
The entire movie is a shameless cash grab of a sequel. Spoiler: DON'T COMPLAIN IF YOU CLICK Plotlines are tossed aside to keep marketing capacity at maximum, characters make meaningless and irrational decisions because 'underdogs', the drama is contrived, and there are too many CGI animals designed purely for plushy sales. Also - @Goat I must disagree - Finn is the most consistent character (other than Rey's eyes and mouth) as he once again tries to puss out and way overcompensate only to cause a big mess because another character just has to save his stupid ass. Kylo's internal conflict would be very interesting if it weren't for the complete ass**** reason he has it to begin with. Not to mention how much of a waste Snoke was. Otherwise, it isn't really worth my time to think about it anymore.
essentially, some form of the linear motion technique from my tutorial, set up so that you have waypoints that make a very elongated oval, (each rounded edge would need a few waypoints so that movement appears rounded off) and then set into a repeating sequence, or hit by a switch of a player who wants a ride... few ways it could be done. Basic stuff would be relatively basic. (I would not attempt making the cable move, just a stationary cable that appears to have a car moving across it)
attempt to design a map/encounters in text form: {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{[ ]}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}{{{{{{{{``````````````````````]}}}}}} {{{[ ]""""""""""""""""[ 88 ]}}}} {{{{{[ ]}}}{{{[ ]}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}{{[ iiii**iiii ]}}}}} {{[ ][ ][ ][ ]}}}}}}}}}}}}{[ IIIIIIIIII IIIIIIll]}}}}}}}}}}} {{{{{--------------------}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}{{{{{[..........,,,,,,,,,,,,..........///////]}}}}}}} {{[------------------------------]}}{{{{[...........................////////////]}}}}} {[-------------------------------------------]}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} 7777777777%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%7777777777777777777]}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} 77777777777777%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%]}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} 777777777777777777%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%7777%%%%%%%%%]}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} ____________________________________________________________________________ I don't know what it means, or what perspective it's from, you figure it out.
Yes it is but it is just white supremacist thing in general. I am not sure they all agree but like the SS it is a way of making a swastika without making one. Not sure what their other or more general use of it is for. Found it. It is for Heil Hitler. Because H is the 8th letter in the alphabet.
I believe it stands for HH as the H is the 8th letter of the alphabet. And Icy, why do you still rock that convicted sex offender avatar?
I am not a skinhead, nor am I a sex offender. 88 is the same key as **, you'll note there is an ** elsewhere on the map. I just... I like how incredibly ~uncomfortable~ the face is. It reminds me of Big Bird, somewhat dead to the world yet expressing a kind of 'joy' that is incredibly disconcerting, like it knows something you don't, and can act just the way you would expect it to and not call you out on something. Perhaps it reflects on how I feel in my own life on a few levels. Plus he has great quotes, like the one in my signature. A better question might be: have you ever armchair-psychoanalyzed yourself in public on the internet? Photo for reference: *edit* It can see through your soul.
