Ok I'll start. Mix 1 part balsamic vinegar with mustard or wasabi, black pepper and some powdered sugar or honey. Add 1 part sesame oil, 1 part olive oil and 1 part sunflower oil and mix it up. Not with a blender, it looks pretty when it's clear and unmixed, just stir it before use or put in those ketchup things and shake it. Make a salad with this dressing and stirfried beef glazed with honey and soy, green beans, shii take, spring onions, oven roasted bell pepper and finish with lime zeste and small red pepper slices or add anything you like. Now pour your girl a glass of wine and tell her she's pretty.
Take leftover chinese fried rice and cook it up with some scrambled eggs, add any type of seasoning you see fit. THAT is some good ****.
Pizza toast (what to do with the ends of a loaf): -Toast ends of loaf of bread -butter toast (optional - not really following the pizza idea but tastes nice) -add sauce - BBQ, tomato puree etc.(ketchup works well here actually) - grate cheese onto toast -add toppings (whatever you want on your pizza) -grill it -watch cheese bubble (most important step) -take out and enjoy!
::Green Curry:: - throw a ton of Garlic, Thai basil, Ginger, a pinch of salt, a sprinkle of vinegar, green chiles (2 or 3 should do), diced shallots, white pepper (black works too) and some fish sauce (thin, not thick) into a blender, with one whole juiced lime and a 1/4 cup of finely chopped lemongrass - blast that **** on high - remove curry paste from blender, and sautee for a minute - add meat/veg of your choice (recommended veg are carrots, green peppers, eggplant, green beans, bamboo shoots - meats, chicken, shrimp, duck) and sear on both sides - add one can of thick coconut milk (coconut cream works best - lower to a simmer and stir occasionally - allow coconut milk to bubble over, then stir - once oil has separated from the cream, stir a final time, garnish with a shoot of basil, and remove from heat to serve w/ rice - or try it a la Panera in a totally inappropriate bread bowl
I don't know about you guys but I made myself delicious a bowl of ranch toast crunch for breakfast today!
