So that's why you've returned. You've finished another map in your spare time. Whatever brings back the AZN I suppose.
Not necessarily... I have a different reason for coming back, but you guys won't find out for a few months. and it's not bad trust me... a few already know and we will keep it that way. And I've had Dynamo done for a few months. I just have been too busy to post it. Sage and I are working on a revamped geo-merged/interlocked labyrinth with weapon adjustments, more spawns, more gametypes (many people wanted team support and oddball as well as KOTH and VIP/juggernauts goals), and a few things redone (like the elevator and slight repositioning of walls for proper path manipulation). Should be fun... And then eventually I will get started on my conquest map. I think I'll make Sage my new apprentice and teach him some cool gameplay techniques. And while I'm at it I'll learn some geo-merging techniques to catch on to everyone's new craze... lol. Also I will make a playable version of Azkaban on Blackout (should be pretty easy). That way I have tons of objects, a dark space, and some cool effects for coloring. Also, no one builds on Blackout. And nobody really got to understand the point of Azkaban because it got so laggy. And the room was too small and it was easy to get stuck. And that darned garage area and the teleporters frustrated me too. And another one I will be working on will be Mario Tower. There were alot of things that were on Mario Tower that we never got to do cuz it was easily ruined by disappearing and moving crates. I can now rebuild it on avalanche with no problem. Should take a little bit of work though. Originally we had a turret at the bottom (for a reason for the team to stay at the bottom), grenades behind the barriers (5 frags and 3 spikes) and two grav lifts (one on each side of the front barrier). These ruined the crates on Valhalla very easily and now we can do it without that problem. Also a slowly getting popular addiction gametype called Hot Potato will be released (most likely with revamped Labyrinth). It is playable with like 6 or less players originally. I want to play a room of ten people and see if multi-potato would work. For those that want to help me playtest this, PM me... I've also got a pretty good idea for another territories gametype That should be pretty good. I might call it Interpol or FBi or something like that. Or seige, or domination or something... I don't know, we'll see it's still in the works. Maybe I can get my old cops and robbers gametype to work. That one kinda failed originally, but it has potential with the new switch craze. I have tons of great and unique ideas but I'm gonna need help building them. Anyone interested in helping me can PM me, so that way I can get more of these out the window faster. Everyone knows I don't build the maps fully, but I help where I can and I spend ALOT of time in spawning and weapon placement... as well as desiging for smooth and balanced gameplay. So anyone that's up for the challenge would be great. I'm sure I'll never get premium (or whatever it is now) but I don't care (us ex-banned members don't get that privilege). I just want to show the community some new stuff to play with. I'm sure some of the gametypes will take off, let's see which ones. Btw, I did not expect Conquest to take off as a standard gametype so it wasn't built to be a standard... this was long before I really thought about setting up true standard settings for other maps, kinda wish I had but it's one of those things that you grow to learn. And as for the SWAT tourney idea... when I get my company's site fulyl together I willb e hosting tourneys with prizes from there to get my site to be active... I need it active for the game I am building ... AZN OUT!!!
Ya, sage is pretty tight, he'd be a decent apprentice. Oh, and how couldn't you expect conquest to be so huge? It's the best ****ing gametype ever! Oh, and so you know, CoD:World at War took "Conquest" and turned it into "War." - They weren't kind enough to give you credit though. D= Anyways, looks like you've got a decent plateful, enjoy.
