    vBulletin?

UGH. Stick with something like Invision Pro Boards or SMF. I highly doubt your group will grow to anything large enough for those forums to fail you.

If anything, learn html or just steal a layout from the many out there.

Well, it depends on what kind of site you want.

    1. Get a free FreeWebs account that simply asks you questions and allows you to easily set everything up.

    2. Get a domain and web hosting. This is a very time-consuming and rather expensive option for just a Bungie.net group. However, if you want to, nothing\s stopping you (imagining you have enough money/time). At 1&1, which is my web host and in my opinion the best, they're having a 50% off sale right now for the first 3 months until the 31st on the beginner package. This is what I would recommend. With that, you get your own domain (what ever you want . com/net/org/etc.), and a very reliable server to host your website on. Now, that's just the beginning. The rest is rather difficult to explain in a forum reply. If you do choose this option, please, do not hesitate to PM me for more explanation, I'm happy to help =).

Did you just completely ignore my above post?

Why would you stick with freewebs when you can get FTP, PHP, MySQL for free?
