I have my connections. A good place to start would be joining in on Max Extra's Forged Friday, it's a testing lobby by forgers, for forgers. They test everything from BTB, to mini games, to infection, all the way down to 2v2s. Forgers submit their maps, and as a gesture show up to the lobby. This helps give everyone feedback, but you can also meet new forgers on the side. I submit my maps there and if you don't mind working on mini games, them i'm up for a collab. His thread is found here and he hosts his lobby every Friday at 8:00 CST.
