A map I made,its pretty much like a small town,close range and distance fighting,with snipers,shotguns,swords,and alot of BRs. Download:http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=20146787 Gametypes:CTF,Slayer There are 2 bases,each with a warthog.Then there is a main 3-story building.With a tunnel underground: Main Building The sniper respawns on the 2nd floor,and there is a tunnel underground with the energy sword...Then go up on the trird floor to snipe. This is the 2nd base you won't see in the overview shot.The crates stacked can be destroyed but are great for sniping....Guns are found below,by the spawn points,on the far side is where you can access the roof and snipe.Behind that is the warthog spawn. Thsi is the total overview of the map....To the right is a grav lift taking you up to a small sniping location,and the shotgun. Tell me what you think.Thsi is my first map so its not perfect,but I think its good.
For your first map i think its pretty good. just check out the forging 101 section to learn some new things
Okay, its alright for your first map. But in terms of aesthetics, it looks very sloppy, you need to interlock.
you might want to interlock those walls and also i don't see a lot of cover on the ground floor. seeing as this is your first post though, it looks good. btw Welcome To Forge Hub
Welll thanks,and the last thing I did was rush it fyi,I spent like 4 hours on it,its just that I'm not that good at forge,and whats interlocking?
wow finally a first poster with pictures not bad for a first map though i will DL interlocking is when you set a item not to spawn at start start a new round place an object in that spot wait for the other object to respawn and voila two interlocked objects for more info go the the forging 101 section For examples see my maps below
I like the idea, but it really does need to be more interlocked and well put together. It takes time, but it will be worth it in the end
