Well i like the layout, but the object use looks a little shoddy and ruins the map flow imo, and it looks as though the 2nd tier is to much higher than the ground level, and may lead to everyone running to the top to gain an advantage, instead of utilizing the whole map. also theres some noticeable bumps which aren't really a big deal, but will lead to people criticizing the map before playing it.
I agree, the object use is not the best, but that has nothing to do with the map's flow. Reaper, slow down making your maps, and add me on live so I can talk to you.
I took a gander at three of the maps and wrote down some stuff about each one. I'm willing to go into detail with the problems but am just going to list them for now because I'm lazy and stuff. The overall design was interesting, but there's a ton of additions that are holding the map back in my opinion. No framerate Some initial spawns and respawns were facing walls Teams don't spawn together A couple of bumps Really steep ramps Cramped in areas Only two, flat levels No reason to go to bottom Tons of pillars which aids in the cramped feel Spikers Lots of HPs
laugh I havent made a map in weeks man I made my final map praxis number 67 (Which hasnt been released on fileshare yet) and am waiting on halo 4. Just thought Id post a few here.
