Ask him to teach you more than anime, and I can teach you the basics in Photoshop.

    LOL!

Lol...I acually wanted to learn more about anime, but hes teaching me stuff like flow, blending and depth. If you havent noticed ive improved in those catagories since i started anime. [ also, hes the only one who offered since i requested help in the sig school] And ill take you up on that offer hells.
I acually need help determining flow, anyone care to help, i asked frag, but hes not on right now.

Which way is the flow going in this ( and im going to straghting it out, and im trying out my first render in a while lol...)

..on topic that looks sick, is it smudging then liqufy? However you did it that looks amazing.

I remember that someone mentioned exactly how you do your little bits that look like C4Ds in the past. It's not some big secret.

    The smudging is horribly oversharpened.

looks nice. . .well done :D

Did you use a multi-colour gradient, smudge and then liquify some?

Also, the 'Vibrancy' looks a little pixelated to me.

lol i dont really care how you did it, but i don't really like tis one. the smudging looks pretty meh. Way too sharp, and circular. The sharpness and the grainy-ness don't really mix with the smooth edges of the pink effect that "looks" like a C4D.

On the right i see some pretty sharp edges. They are shaped like a triangle, and they look pretty bad. I do like the text, good choice of size, font, and color.

All in all, for me, its kind of a mixed bad. I like the c4d like effect, but the smudging just isnt for me. The text is great.
