V. of Terror v2

    V. of Terror v2​

    information:
    K guys some of you might know Villa of Terror? well this is just a version 2 of it. The most important changes i made is the flamethrower i put in and i rlly improved the cannon-man spawn. i also made some cover on the roof and added a active camo and some walls which werent perfectly geomerged are fixed.

    Weapons:
    - Battle Rifle x 3
    - Carbine x3
    - Shotgun x1
    - SNiper x1
    - Mauler x2
    - SMG x4
    - Assault Rifle x2
    - Flamethrower x1

    Equipment:
    - None ;)

    Well this is a view of the whole villa, you see the humans spawning in the frontyard and the zombies spawning on the roof, theres a active camo up there so be smart and dont let the zombies grab it! (BTW if you look at the right side of the house you dont see walls, but believe me they are there it seemed like they dissapeared in theater or so :S)

    And this is a improved cannon man spawn, i made the spawn larger so you wont fall off that quickly, it also has some cover and a teleport network for extra tactical attacks!

    Well this is the backyard, it includes a picknick table and 2 trees. Looks pretty nice i guess interlocked it all.

    Seems like the human on the roof got suprised by 2 zombies

    Its fun for humans as for the zombies, this is me gettin a killtacular, while my friend got a overkill as a zombie.

    Well this is the main hall, the door at the end leads to the roof.

    and this is just 1 room out of the 6 nearly similar rooms ;) (rooms are like 3 blocks by 3 blocks, each)
    (not really anything special ;)

    believe me you and your friends will have a great time playing this map :) download and try it out yourself!

    Man, this map looks really good. really nice use of tincups to make structures. Lots of effort obviously went into merging all and making this and I would like to commend you on that but there are no pictures of the inside, damn you! 7/10

    Can I say something?
    Please don't use red font on this site. The way it compliments the background is just... not complimentary. I got dizzy reading most of this.
    While the map itself is forged well, I don't think the changes you made were enough to post a new thread.
    Oh and as far as your 1st pic, you may want to check the spawn times of those objects to make sure they spawn at the start.
    Things I like:
    The forging is very much like a nice house and you accomplished that nicely. It is compatible with multiple Infection gametypes which is something many casual maps (including my own) lack these days.
    There is kind of a stick together or die feel to this map. Generally wherever one person went everyone else did too.
    Things I don't like:
    The inside is dull. I know it's gameplay > aesthetics but I feel some efforts could have been taken to increase look and feel in say the individual rooms. Put columns in different places in each room so that they vary a little in look and gameplay ability
    The turret mounted picnic table. All I can say is center it in the backyard rather than placing it at the back. Not only does it give the zombies a chance to get around the 180 degree view of the turret but it'll decrease the amount of people falling off from getting on/off the turret.
    The spawns. The zombies having almost immediate access to the humans is bad. This gives them very little time to get oriented with everything before their assassinated. My recommendation is to spawn all the zombies on the side spawns and then make the man cannons appear say 20 seconds into the round.
    That's all I have to say for now but it's a pretty good map. Not excellent, but not bad either.

    I love it! Could have better asthetics... and it looks too easy to camp on the trees. Is there anyway to easily get the humans camping on the trees?

    Trees are good camp spots i have to admid but when you jump with 2 ppl at nearly the same time youll get him for sure (ive noticed myself ;)) and the 20 sec spawn delay sounds good, great idea. and well i kinda ran out of stuff .. "cant place anymore objects" it said so i cant change much in the rooms or ill have to take away whole walls and stuff..
