My first actual Forge map that I really worked hard on and made for different gametypes on the same map. The UNSC Dragonfly is a custom-made cruiser for Red vs. Blue Spartans in Slayer or an Elite attack on the Spartan cruiser in Invasion: Dragonfly mode. UNSC Dragonfly from the front. Landing deck. Stairway to/from landing deck from/to main hallway. Main room. Teleporter leads to command post of Dragonfly. Main hallway. Cargo bay. Command post of Dragonfly with top secret information core. Elites' base as they prepare to invade the UNSC Dragonfly. And now for some gameplay screenshots. Spartans have turrents, rocket launcher, and a Falcon to stop incoming Banshees. A Spartan stands in between this General and the core. Stop him before he gets away in the Banshee! Spartans lost as the Elite General flies away with the core.
This map looks really well done, I'm definitely gonna try it out. I don't know if it is just the angle of the pictures, but the ship looks kind of small. I didn't know that you could make a vehicle the get away point, I thought you had to be picked up by a phantom or pelican. I was working on a ship design for a while that I scrapped because I just kept running out of pieces, but this gives me some ideas on how to improve it.
The ship is long, but thin, ran out of building blocks. And it never looked right adding building parts. And I tried to make the Banshee the actual objective point to take the core, but it never worked out, the Banshee spawns where the last objective point is. Its just when the Elite gets there, he can take off afterwards making it look like he got away. And if you need help making a ship of your own, make the rooms inside first, then build the outer parts of the ship.
