I've never actually opened this thread up, so I'm just going to post the songs that I've played a couple times a day recently from my library. All of these are in the Rock/Metal genre just to inform any one who views these videos that are below in the spoiler. What did the Geologist say to the Panda Bear? Dude, we have a gig in 30 minutes. If you did not get that, you clearly have never heard of Animal Collective, a wonderful group that threw Experimental, Freak Folk, and Noise Pop into a pot with a dash of African ****. Really, there is no way to discribe this taste because when you look at it, you realize it's a jumbled mess... a jumbled mess that tastes delicious. Yeah, some songs are sick, while other suck, but back to the videos: YouTube - Lil Wayne - Ready For the World (Rebirth)
I've looked into a lot more stuff with the Shins after purchasing the record Oh, Inverted World. I've found them to be a great band so far, if you are into indie music, definitely check these guys out. To any mods that can see this, shouldn't this go in the Video section, as we're posting videos? Anyway, do we On a Boat here? I haven't seen it yet...
Keller Williams This guys is extremely talented. Not only does he play all of the instruments on most of his songs, during live shows he uses looping technology to build original music from the ground up recording each instrument at a time until a jam has developed. He usually starts out with guitar or drums and then he will keep adding layers even looping his voice live to sing harmony with himself. If Keller Williams comes to your area be sure to check him out. Keller Williams Website YouTube - Keller Williams Loop Jam from "Breathe" YouTube - Keller Williams - "Play This" SCI Fidelity Records
No, posting it in videos section would be stupid. The point is to show music not videos. A convenient and legal way to share music you find is through youtube. Not all videos actually have anything but one picture on them.
