This is my first race map with aesthetics in it so I hope you guys enjoy it. This map features house boats, smaller jet boats, and many forms of entrainment which include things such as a Bar & Grill, TV, Swimming, Site seeing, and my personal favorite Jet Skiing. (when I say jet skiing I really mean riding a mongoose in the water over dominion shields (you'll see the resemblance). The start line takes place on a boat ramp which is where you would initially drop a boat into the water without damaging anything, but instead there are 16 mongooses sitting on the ramp. After you start, you drive over a bridge and onto a small resting place where it transitions into a down ramp dock moving towards a house boat which you drive trough. After you drive through the house boat which is only for a second, you are riding on another dock where bystanders are watching you (mongooses) race by on the water (hence jet skies). After your to the other side you pass a boat garage and the drive right into a small cargo boat towards gate control tower and through the checkpoint for the lap. There are no kill barriers in this map as well as anyway to cheat, so have fun exploring Halo racers. How this idea came about? Well, when I was younger, my dad and I used to go fishing out in the ocean and we used to drive by like hundreds of docked house boats while dozens of other fishing boats would drive out to sea to there favorite fishing spot. I love boats and I especially love being out in the water so I figured that I would create Union Lake on Halo 4 in retrospect. What was the hardest part? The hardest part for me was trying to make a decent track and also have a decent scene. I tried my best to balance the two and this is what I came up with.
