Under avalanche map

spawn a double box, set to respawn at start no. Start new round, stand where double box was, wait. When the box spawns press A then quickly turn into monitor mode when you are under the map.

 

Theres your answer then. You cant build a map there if you instantly die? o.o

 

Ive seen some in between the lifts in the shotgun room.

I beleive there is now a V2 but it has possibly been ripped, the guys banned on here now so I geuss the final verdict was he ripped it so i wont link to that thread.
