Needed to make a thread to test something, and needed to say this as well, so it worked out. First idea. Citadel has a center area, and also has a ring. Close the center area from the ring by blocking all exists except one of the two large doors. With proper spawning in the center area, it would make a killer infection, and could also be doctored to Slayer/KOTH. Center platform would be an excellent place for a power weapon in a zombie map though. Second idea. In symmetrical gametypes you can open the bridge on longshore from the console and from the upstairs. Well did you know you can also open the one upstairs from outside it? It could be implemented someway or another via tele's. Thanks for reading. I may expand on this, because I've been trying out the Citadel idea. Blocking the huge doors are a pain in the *** without the large shield doors I needed to block the smaller areas with.
Not understanding your second idea, but the first one seems nice. Almost like a sort of...fat kid gametype, but without the fat kid. Or a one way conquest sort of things....yeah.... I'm afraid it may be....a wee bit campable though, so if you would make it more of a U shape, that would be even better. A one way pathway, but with an entrance at either end.....so that it's not, one way.....
