True SWAT: Hostage Rescue (Gametype Idea)

    Edit: (Sorry, I know this isn't a real "Map Preview," but rest-assured I will be creating a map for this if people like the idea. In fact, I'll probably do it anyways)

    Okay, so I came up with this idea for an intense, SWAT-based game type that involves the attackers (Red) infiltrating a complex, room-based, multi-tiered building that is being defended by the terrorists (Blue). The attackers would be tasked with rescuing 3 hostages (flags) from the buildings and returning them outside.

    Player Settings:

    -3v3 w/ "bro spawning" on either teammate (Is this possible when not using invasion? I hope so...)
    -5 Lives (Attackers may opt to simply kill the defenders instead. Not as fun, but realistic)
    -1 shot kills for headshots
    -Health modified for 3 shot kills for bodyshots
    -25% more gravity
    -100% movement speed when carrying flags
    -Minimum distance radar enabled to encourage crouch-walking as a means of stealth
    -Magnum & Shotgun starting weapons. You only get your starting clip. No ammo on map. Once you're out of ammo, you're stuck using melee until your next life. (Still unsure about shotgun. Depends on flow of map and play-testing once created)
    -Sprint & Hologram only

    Stockpile Settings:


    -3 neutral flags. Defenders have no capture point, but they may gather the flags from around the building and place them in a single spot. This can make it easier to defend the hostages, but if the attackers wipe your team out all the hostages will be easily escorted out.
    -Flag return for attackers is set to locked mode. Timer for collection is set to minimum value.

    This could be done simply if bungie decided to put VIP in the game cuz VIP would be hostage, and very strong. VIP would have to be freed and escorted through checkpoints back to base

    This is just an idea and it would be easier if there was vip but there are 4 players on each team.

    For the attackers three of them start at there base while the other is a room inside the terrorist base. The only way in there is through a vehicle teleporter. So the attackers get a mogoose to get into the prison room. They then escort him via mogoose to the destination wich only he can get to since he has a jet pack. If they do that then the attackers win.

    There are probably a few flaws to this but it is just improvising for there being no V.I.P gamemode.

    Still like the whole hostage situation anyway. could turn out to be great fun.

    "Alpha team do you have the hostage"

    "yes Echo 419 bringing him to the LZ"

    "Solid copy, pelican is ready"

    <a few minutes pass>

    "alpha team whats taking you so long"

    "what do you mean you dropped him of a cliff"

    "dont worry will just get him again when he respawns"
