The Ark created by The Fated Fire Recommended Gametypes: Team Slayer, Extraction Recommended Players: 4-8 Players The Ark combines beautiful aesthetics with great gameplay balance to bring us a map that is the first of its kind. Both visually appealing and competitive, The Ark blurs the line between the standard “lego” forge maps and the kind of maps that are designed by the developer. With some slight backing by Ghostayame, pros have already been hitting up The Ark, so don't be surprised if you see it getting played on someone's Twitch stream or eventually Team Throwdown. Discuss and download The Ark Orion created by SecretSchnitzel Recommended Gametype: King of the Hill Recommended Players: 8 players A spiritual successor to Construct from Halo 3, Orion captures the same atmosphere and style of gameplay with a refreshing change to the layout of the map. More streamlined, altered flow and overall more intense action, this map truly honors the source material. Orion Hill has built up a great following since its release. Orion Hill and Team Slayer has been nominated by many players for v5. Hopefully we will get to see Orion in Team Throwdown with "Everybody Counts" Hill, but you don't have to wait for that to get some games yourself. Discuss and download Orion Epicenter by Obama on KFC and a Chunk Recommended Gametypes: Team Slayer, King of the Hill, Extraction Recommended Players: 4-8 Players An intense arena style map designed to test a team’s ability to set up. Small and fast paced, the key to victory is managing control of the hallways around the perimeter while watching the middle of the map. Co-forges are a rarity these days, but Obama on KFC and a Chunk forged a great map together. This is one of the fastest 4's maps out there and is a step above most disc and matchmaking maps. Gratz @ all of the winners. They are all highly deserving. Just one thing - @basket - slow down and talk louder. I had to strain to follow what you were saying. Also, more than 45 seconds for each map would be nice. Perhaps some footage of a match / commentary? (not sure if that was because you had to do 3 features in one video)
My first feature, egads! Thanks guys. Epicenter is by far my favorite forge map out there currently. I honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about it other than Obama on KFC made it.
Glad to see some features, at long last! look like quality maps. Definitely going to check out Ark. A bit of criticism about the video: It uses two different FH logos.. both of which are different from the one on the homepage. Figure it out.
Thanks for the feedback, you two. Yeah, each segment was shortened a little given there were three features to cover. I would prefer to keep future videos short, however, because the intention is to showcase the feature without including factors that could perhaps sway the opinions of viewers that have yet to experience the maps themselves. In that regard, I opted to omit things like reviews or gameplay videos. kk.
