Hi fellow members. I am re-making WAW Verruct zombies on sandbox and I need help making a trigger for the door to open once someone has done something on the blue room. They can do anything in the blue room so I need someone to help me design a trigger that would move the door.
I am quite good with triggers but I do not understand what you are trying to do. Perhaps a diagram or more detail of what you want?
So, if I understand you correctly, you have a room, with a door. You want the door to move upon activation of the switch, which has been placed inside the room, correct? If you're making it on sandbox... You can place a moveable object in the doorway, a gravlift set to 180 respawn spawn at start: no underneath it, and another gravlift in the room set to never respawn. Upon the destruction of the gravlift in the room, the other gravlift will spawn, pushing the moveable object out. That's the simplest switch I can think of, but it could get more complex if you want.
Well, The objective was that in the room on the other side of the map you would have to do an action so that when it is completed it will move the movable object. So say I have fusion coil and I blow it up. If I make it so that if I blow it up it will make the other grav lift spawn and create the object to move? In easier terms - I set a few fusion coils down and make a grav lift at the end of them. I make another grav lift by the movable object NOT spawn at start and set it for 180 seconds. When someone gets to the room and destroys the fusion coils it will also destroy the other grav lift creating the one to move the object spawn.
If you want, I could make it so the trigger is activated by using the RB button, I don't have a mic but you cud just give me host and I can make the switch and then I will let you have it when I am done.
Well you put a vehicle flipped over on the other side of a wall that u can flip. When it is flipped a fusion coil drops or something of that matter which destroys the grav lift and then a new grav is created which opens it. TADA
Oh I see.I actually might create a little room where you just destroy and fusion coil which blows up the grav lift to make it a little easier I think. Any ideas for the map post em to me or maybe we can forge sometime.
