Tri-Base is an asymmetrical map that has a base on one side with a flag in it. Tri-Base is played with One-Sided Flag. This map may not seem great, but the multiple ways to get into the base change up the gameplay and make it a real blast. There are actually THREE ways to get into the base, hence the name, "TRI-base". ok i like the map its pretty good, but if u added more cover u would get plenty of more downloads! Hope you take my advice! And Good Luck Peace!
Hmm. You need more screenshots, especially ones with people in them in action, to show that you've tested and played it. Also, it looks boring. Maybe with more shots we'll be able to see more of the map, but right now, empty hallways don't make for an exciting game. Look, I'm sorry to be harsh, but try looking around at what other people have made. Try to draw inspiration and be creative. Forge and ForgeHub can be a blast. It just takes time. Keep Trying!!
Saw the vid. I didn't like the map. The gameplay was repititive. The Defender base was really simple. Nothing that really shined from it. The attackers didn't even have a base. More like a place to respawn at. nothing for the attackers except for a mongoose and a warthog. But those are easily obliterated b the rockets and massive grenade spam. Sorry but not a Dl from me.
I agree with him 100% u definatly need cover and take a look at the maps with like 3,000 downloads they have creativity in theres id suggest u use the map project U and X to get some inspiration maybe! Good Luck! Peace
From what I see, there is nothing that makes it stand out. You got to put some scenery in there, man. Originality is the key, man. I'm still going to download and check it out though. Edit: Also, you should never upload a video to gamevee. It has been buffering for a long time.
Very sweet man, I love the base stairs idea. Awesome. The only thing I don't really like about the map is the score zone, I would of placed it somewhere else.
Good job on ur first map. I would like to see more cover as stated above its too open. It looks smooth but idk it just seems too simple
The map here is simple- good first map but,- add more weapon, more pics, see how the gamep lay will go out- does one side have more power than the other? You should test these maps with some people fisrt and then post becasue you can see if anythinbg is wrong with it.
Watched the first half of the vid, looks very nice and playable EXCEPT: is the wide staircase the only entrance? If so, you need to re-think that because the defending team can easily sit at that ramp with rockets and grenades which would be very broken. The main base itself looks great and well built.
The weapon holder for the rocket and flashbang are unneccesary, they look so much cooler leaned up against a wall.
It seems like a good map for camping (I'm being brutally honest), but you just inspired me to make a 3 team map
